Moore Holding Company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and shape the future of our enterprise. You will play a mission-critical role as we grow: creating high-quality, visually appealing, and professional proposals, qualifications, and presentations that leave a lasting impression. You will work closely with various teams and individuals across the enterprise, including engineers, sector leaders, and the marketing team, to meet deadlines and fulfill requirements in response to RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.

Your responsibilities will include developing and managing proposal processes and maintaining an air-tight schedule. You will work with project managers, engineers, sector leaders, and assistants to coordinate each step in the proposal process. Your ability to make data-driven decisions along the way will be crucial. With your expertise in Adobe InDesign, you will create structured layouts that communicate technical content in an understandable and visually appealing way. We value individuals dedicated to personal and professional growth, foster relationships with those they work with, and exhibit strong attention to detail.
