Senior Marketing Account Manager

The Senior Marketing Account Manager will oversee communication between one or multiple Moore Holding Company (MHC) companies and the MHC Strategic Services Marketing team. The primary role for this position will be to serve as the main contact for all marketing projects and to coordinate with the marketing team to ensure successful completion of marketing projects, campaigns and deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy recommendations to support MHC companies in achieving their business goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with management and staff of MHC companies.
  • Manage the creative team and traditional marketing activities including conferences, client events, sponsorships/donations, advertising, and public relations.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager to create and implement marketing plans.
  • Work with the Senior Proposal Specialist and Senior Marketing Automation Specialist for any creative needs and to support/provide resources as necessary.
  • Manage billable project work done by the marketing team and coordinate with Project Managers to ensure work is completed on time and on budget.
  • Provide project briefs for all projects, ensuring clear communication on project goals and objectives.
  • Lead marketing projects including strategy, timelines, budgeting, creative execution, development, and reporting.
  • Maintain regular project status reports for review with marketing team and MHC companies.
  • Manage any subcontractors needed for successful completion of projects.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM on a daily basis to record marketing activities.
  • Utilization and overall management of Monday.com as a project management tool to manage, track and report on marketing projects, campaigns, and tasks.
  • Follow defined internal marketing processes to ensure all work deliverables are of the highest quality, delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stays apprised of the client’s products/services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional level experience in account management preferably in a marketing, advertising, or communications environment.
  • Experience working with all levels of management and various sized teams.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a flexible, responsive, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of engineering and/or professional services is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime if necessary.
