We are thrilled to announce a new addition to our marketing team at Moore Holding Company. Rayonna Hystead has joined us as our Senior Marketing Account Manager. With her extensive experience in the field, we know she will bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team!
Rayonna’s career began with the marketing team at Goldmark Property Management shortly after graduating from Concordia College. In 2019, she joined Microsoft as a Communications Manager for the Fargo Campus and the Global Workplace Services team. Rayonna’s background has equipped her with expert-level marketing and communications skills – tools that will serve the team at Moore well!
When asked about her favorite thing about the marketing field, Rayonna shared that she loves the variety that comes with the job. “Whether there is a focus on digital or traditional marketing, storytelling, or research and analytics, every day has a variety of responsibilities.”
Rayonna also values the exposure to the industry that marketing provides. Understanding the business and how marketing fits into the overall picture is something she finds fulfilling.
Outside of work, Rayonna enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Rayonna has lived in several places, including Fargo, Oxbow, and Madrid, Spain, where she spent three years during her high school years.
“I’m passionate about serving in my community, especially women and children who are experiencing domestic violence and homelessness. Currently, I’m on the YWCA Cass-Clay Board of Directors, serving as the vice president. I also serve on a variety of committees at the United Way of Cass-Clay and find other opportunities to give back when I can.”
We are excited to welcome Rayonna to the Moore Holding Company family and look forward to all the great things she will accomplish in her role as Senior Marketing Account Manager.
