Roger Fenstad concluded 49 years with the Moore organization at the end of 2023, retiring from his seat on the Moore Holding Company board of directors.
Hired by the founding Moore brothers in 1974, Roger held nearly every position of leadership at various points during his tenure, serving as Moore Engineering president from 1994 to 2007, before retiring from his operational role in 2013.
Roger’s seemingly boundless energy, kindness, caring attitude, and drive were among his many qualities that led to Moore Engineering’s engineering presence in over 100 communities in North Dakota and over 50 in Minnesota. He specialized in cultivating relationships and getting things done. And as a Moore Holding Company board member, Roger provided wisdom and continuous guidance, always prioritizing the needs of clients and our employee owners.
We wish Roger well as he turns to spending even more time with his beloved wife, Jan, and their family. Thank you, Roger!
