Prairie Business Magazine has acknowledged Anita as one of the Top 25 Women in Business, a well-deserved recognition of her leadership and passion for creating a thriving workplace.
Creating a thriving workplace
Anita’s approach to leadership showcases her passion for creating a workplace where all people can thrive. She knows employees-owners are empowered when they are trained, provided with tools to do their job, and receive regular feedback on what is working and what needs to be developed.
In her short time with Moore Holding and with her tenacious leadership style, Anita has engaged leaders with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) ways of working to establish both freedom and accountability, leveraged technology to engage in performance and merit conversations, and promoted a regular goal-setting cadence. She is now diving into leadership development for our employee-owners to ensure we are an attractive organization for top talent to join, develop, and grow.
Making a difference beyond the workplace
Anita’s impact extends far beyond the confines of our workplace. Her extensive involvement in youth sports and music ministries, tenure as Township Clerk for Bergen Township, and dedication to mentoring women transitioning into their careers showcase Anita’s deep-rooted passion for giving back.
Her tireless efforts in supporting youth welding programs, coaching student-athletes, and consistently donating blood exemplify her dedication to building a better tomorrow, both within our company and our wider community.
We are grateful for Anita’s steadfast leadership, compassionate stewardship, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of others. As a member of our executive team, Anita’s drive to create a positive impact and care for our employee-owners is evident in everything she does.
